What you eat before you hit the gym can have a big impact on your performance. Eating the right foods before a workout can help give you the energy and nutrients you need to perform your best. Here are some of the best foods to eat before a workout.

Carbohydrates:

Moral Conduct of Ambassador.  The Parties understand and agree that by this policy, Ambassador is effectively a part of Company’s public image, and Ambassador’s conduct can impact Company’s reputation.  Ambassador warrants to Company that Ambassador shall during their representation of Company refrain from immoral or illegal conduct, including, but not limited to, commission of a crime, an act of moral turpitude, fraud, abuse of alcohol, abuse of controlled substances, use of illegal substances, and domestic violence. Ambassador shall also refrain from making social media posts that encourage or promote these prohibited acts. Company shall be entitled to make the final decision as to whether Ambassador has taken any action in conflict with this paragraph, and the decision of the Company shall be given full deference in any subsequent dispute resolution proceeding.
